Simple, clear rules for claiming your cashback.
Eligibility
- Complete any 3 services from your Property Plan on MyPropertyAI.
- Services can be from "What to do next" or "Moving into this home" — any mix is fine.
- Must submit enquiries through MyPropertyAI (clicking "Book Free Consultation" and filling out the form).
- You must have an active MyPropertyAI account.
- Cashback applies once per property purchase.
What counts as "completed"?
A service counts as completed only when it results in a verified transaction:
Professionals (e.g. broker, conveyancer, building & pest, insurance):
You must engage the professional and they must confirm the engagement (e.g. signed agreement/engagement letter, paid invoice, or written confirmation).
Moving-in services (e.g. internet, utilities, removalists):
You must sign up / activate the service (e.g. connection activated, booking confirmed, or service delivered).
⚠️ Submitting an enquiry alone does not qualify.
Proof & verification
To claim cashback, you may be asked to provide proof of completion, such as:
- invoice/receipt
- confirmation email
- activation/connection confirmation
- signed engagement letter
- booking confirmation
MyPropertyAI may also verify completion directly with the professional/service provider.
How to claim
- Complete 3 eligible services through your Property Plan.
- Submit the cashback claim form.
- We'll review and verify your claim.
- Approved cashback payments are processed within 14 business days via bank transfer to your nominated account.
Timing
- The 3 completed services must be completed within 90 days of your first completed service.
- You must submit your cashback claim within 30 days of completing your 3rd eligible service.
- Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be approved.
Limits
- One cashback per user per property purchase.
- You can earn multiple cashbacks if you complete services across multiple properties/plans.
- Cashback can't be combined with other promotions unless stated.
- MyPropertyAI may refuse claims where fraud, misuse, or duplicate claims are detected.
